Codego Group consists of independent companies that, while sharing a common name, operate as legally separate entities. These companies collaborate exclusively for the development and provision of core banking solutions and financial services. However, there is no legal, financial, or operational correlation between the entities within the group. Codego Group LTD owns the core banking software developed by Codego. Codego Europe AS (Latvia) is currently in the onboarding process to obtain a license in Latvia. The domain codegotech.com is owned by Codego Group LTD Malta. The various Codego entities operate in different jurisdictions, providing specific services such as sales, software development, compliance, device development, and distribution. Codego Bulgaria LTD is authorized in Bulgaria under license BB139 to operate as a cryptocurrency exchange and provide services to financial institutions. Codego Cards are issued by various licensed issuing banks in compliance with the respective regulatory frameworks. Codego SRL, located at Via Monte Napoleone 8, 20100 Milan, Italy, VAT IT06985680823, is authorized by the National Bank of Belgium to distribute electronic money services as an agent. All payment transactions and fund transfers are processed exclusively by Codego’s partner financial institutions using certified Codego technology. Codego partners consist solely of electronic money institutions and/or banks duly authorized to distribute services using Codego technology. All Codego entities operate independently in compliance with the regulations of their respective jurisdictions and have no legal, financial, or operational affiliation with one another. The collaboration between these entities is strictly limited to the development and integration of core banking technology and financial services.
